Reserve:

The guest must make a prepayment of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in. Payment can be made with PIX, Bank Transfer, Paypal, Wise.

Proof must be sent by email to info@vilajerimu.com

If you need to pay by credit card, the reservation can be made through Airbnb.
Failure to pay on time will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund: 24 hours after booking, if check-in date is at least 15 days away.

50% refund: up to 14 days before arrival.

There will be no refunds for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival.

In case of early departure during the booked period, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

No Show/No Show: is considered when the guest does not arrive on the check-in date
reserved, without notice. In this case, the space will remain available for 24 hours from the arrival time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.
